Farm and Ranch Water Infrastructure Program
Saskatchewan Ag Producers are eligible for the Dugout, Pipeline and Well Rebate. Rebate details:
- You had to have filed income tax demonstrating a minimum $50,000 of gross farm income in Saskatchewan in the year of application or the year prior to the application.
- a maximum rebate of 50% of eligible costs up to $50,000.
- Projects must be fully constructed and operational for agricultural use before a rebate will be issued.

Saskatchewan Ag Producers are Eligible for the Pre-Approval - Well Decommissioning Program. Program details:
- Well Decommissioning projects are eligible for a rebate of 90% of eligible costs to a maximum payment of $10,000 per project.
- Program payments are subject to a minimum rebate of $250. The minimum claim amount is $500.
- You must be able to demonstrate a minimum $50,000 of gross farm income or income derived from processing primary agricultural commodities in Saskatchewan in the year of application or the year prior to the application.
- Pre-approval is required for all well decommissioning projects. If your well is not decommissioned appropriately, your project will not be ineligible for funding.
